Video Editing Software

If you have a video camera or mobile phone that records video you are likely at some point going to want to edit and tinker with the video clips you have recorded.

We currently use and recommend Corel Video Studio X2. It does everything we need to be able to do.

• Trim videos
• Add or Remove commentary
• Add Titles and Sub Titles
• Add and edit video in video
• Add numerous effects and overlays
• Add and edit music tracks
• Create video files in various formats

The only thing it doesn't do, as we write is edit AVCHD format files, hopefully they will soon. To overcome that just record as HD Motion JPEG and it works without any issues.
